Impact

For Finacle:

  • My findings became the business case to bake accessibility into all new features—not as a checklist, but as a core UX principle.
  • We empowered banks to make informed procurement decisions for inclusive tech.

For Designers

  • I led workshops showing how inclusive patterns can elevate mainstream UX—shifting internal perceptions.

Inclusive design isn’t just about compliance—it’s a strategic lever for superior product experiences.
